"Is This Fate?" is the tenth episode of Aikatsu! Forever!.
Synopsis[]
After a live show, the unthinkable happens...
Plot[]
The episode opens with Ritsu performing Devil‘s Love&Longing for a live show.
Afterwards, he goes to his dorm where Seiya is making tea. Ritsu asks Seiya to talk, to which Seiya obliges. Ritsu pauses before telling Seiya that he likes him. Seiya doesn’t react well, and the scene cuts to Mizuki’s office, where Ritsu hands over his Aikatsu cards and Aikatsu phone. Mizuki explains that Ritsu’s broken the golden rule of being an idol: "No falling in love". Ritsu leaves Moonlight Institute calmly, but starts sobbing once in the rain. He runs down the street, eventually fainting in front of Rena’s house.
Ritsu wakes up to Rena and Himari besidde him. Himari asks what happened, and Ritsu tells them. Rena looks sad that her friend has to give up on his dream. Later, when the sun comes out, Ritsu leaves the Kobayashi house silently.
