Candy Girls (キャンディガールズ) is an OVA produced by Wonder Star Productions.

This focuses on an idol girl group called Candy Girls; the unit was formed when three little girls from the slums who were gathered together under their mentor and soon-to-be producer when she saw that they could sing and dance. It shows how they grew up from little girls to teenagers.
